Climate change and ineffective governance are straining Bangladesh’s urban systems. Research on five vulnerable cities highlights the need for climate-resilient governance to tackle climate change impacts in intermediate cities of Bangladesh through inclusive policies and strengthened institutions. This study proposes a resilience-focused governance framework to combat climate change vulnerabilities.
